A new title for SettleParadigm and fresh appointments at Sanctuary…
SettleParadigm announces new name
SettleParadigm will become Lifestone Homes upon the completion of the Transfer of Engagements today, 30 September.
The finalisation of the merger sees both the Settle and Paradigm brands come to an end, and the wider Paradigm Housing Group renamed Lifestone Homes Limited.
The merger of the two companies creates a new 31,000-home housing association operating primarily across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
Under the merger, Herts-based Settle Group will transfer its engagements to Paradigm Charitable Homes Association.
Nicola Ewen, acting CEO of SettleParadigm, said: “This marks another milestone in our merger journey as we come together under a new name. Our focus will stay the same – providing homes and services people can rely on, so they have firm foundations for living their lives.”
The new limited company will incorporate all aspects of the Paradigm Housing Group under its new banner, including: Lifestone Homes Charitable Housing Association Ltd; Lifestone Commercial Ltd; Lifestone Development Services Ltd; Lifestone Maintenance Ltd; and Rowan Homes (NHH) Ltd.
The new brand will go live across all assets on 1 October.
