The G15 landlord has enlisted Caritas to review historical council tax payments
Housing provider Metropolitan Thames Valley (MTVH) are the latest housing association to partner with council tax experts Caritas.
The team at Caritas specialise in identifying and claiming back historical overpayments of council tax and business rates for not-for-profit social housing providers.
Metropolitan Thames Valley (MTVH) provides affordable housing across London, the south east, East Midlands and east of England.
The housing association owns, manages or administers around 57,000 homes. It also offers a range of care and support services, with specialist areas including older people, mental health and transitional services, providing intensive support to marginalised or vulnerable people.
MTVH was the coming together of likeminded housing associations Metropolitan and Thames Valley Housing in October 2018.
Chief Executive, Geeta Nanda OBE, is currently Chair of the G15 – which represents London’s largest housing associations.
MTVH are the third member of the G15 to partner with Caritas. The G15 is the group of London’s largest housing associations. Their members house one in ten Londoners and are the largest providers of affordable homes in the capital. Together, they build a quarter of all London’s new homes and own or manage more than 600,000 homes. Around half of MTVH’s homes are located in London.
